What’s in the bottle

Remembrol is our Lion’s Mane tincture. It’s made from the fruiting body of Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus), grown in Poland, and extracted in purified water and food-grade alcohol (under 22%) using ultrasonic-assisted dual extraction. Each 30 ml bottle contains 2,000 mg of extract (dry weight). No grain, fillers or flavourings. Vegan.

How to take it

Measure 1 ml, about 30 drops, once a day. Hold it under your tongue for about 90 seconds, then swallow, or stir it into your morning tea or coffee. Don’t take more than 2 ml (60 drops) a day. A bottle lasts 30 days at 1 ml a day.

Tested by an independent lab

Our supplier’s Lion’s Mane extract was tested by J.S. Hamilton Poland, an independent lab, in May 2025 for lead, cadmium and mercury, yeasts and moulds, E. coli, Listeria, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella. The results are in the report.

Fruiting body, not grain

Some Lion’s Mane products are mycelium grown on grain, so part of the powder is starch. Remembrol is made from the fruiting body. Read fruiting body vs mycelium for how to tell the difference on any label.

Questions

Is Remembrol the same as Lion’s Mane? Yes. Remembrol is the name of our Lion’s Mane tincture.

Can I take it with other supplements? Many people pair it with Reishi in the evening, or read Lion’s Mane and ashwagandha. If you take any medication, check with your GP or pharmacist.

Is there alcohol in it? Yes, under 22% food-grade alcohol. A 1 ml dose contains less than 0.2 g of alcohol.

How fast is delivery? Orders before 2pm leave Ireland the same day and usually arrive the next day.

Who you’ll talk to

I’m Brian Cusack. I started Dr. Mush Me because I couldn’t find a mushroom extract that told me exactly what was in the bottle. So we publish it: the species, the part of the mushroom, how it’s extracted and the lab report. If you have a question, Dean or I will answer it ourselves.
