Irish Honey, Water, Organic Gelatin, Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus), Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) and Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis) Mushroom Extracts, MCT Oil (Coconut), Glazing Agent: Beeswax.
Each serving of 2 gummies contains mushroom extract equivalent to 20,000 mg of mushroom (wet weight).

How to take it
Two a day.
Adults: chew 2 gummies daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
