What’s in the bottle
Chaga (Inonotus obliquus), the dark growth found on birch trees, extracted in Poland in purified water and food-grade alcohol (under 22%) using ultrasonic-assisted dual extraction. Each 30 ml bottle contains 1,500 mg of extract (dry weight). No grain, fillers or flavourings. Vegan.
How to take it
Take 1 to 2 ml every other day. A moderate amount is about 30 drops; each dropper holds about 0.6 ml (20 drops). Hold it under your tongue for about two minutes, then swallow, or stir it into tea or water. Don’t take more than 2 ml (60 drops) in a day.

Who shouldn’t take it
Chaga can interfere with some medicines. Don’t take it if you take blood thinners or diabetes medication, if you’re due to have surgery, or if you have a bone, kidney or autoimmune condition. Not suitable for children, or for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. If in doubt, ask your GP or pharmacist. Food supplements shouldn’t replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
Tested by an independent lab
Our supplier’s Chaga extract was tested by J.S. Hamilton Poland, an independent lab, in May 2025 for lead, cadmium and mercury, yeasts and moulds, E. coli, Listeria, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella. The results are in the report.
