What is true today, and what is not
- True today: we have applied to Organic Trust for EU organic certification.
- Expected: certification in January 2027.
- Not true yet: no gummy of ours is organic until the certificate is issued, so we don't call it that.
Samples and pilots are made to our organic recipe, with certification expected January 2027.
What it means for your brand
- To label a product organic under your name, you need your own organic certification, or an exemption from your control body.
- Your powder or extract must itself carry organic certification.
- Vitamins and minerals are effectively excluded from organic gummies.
- The vegan base goes first, and a honey base follows.

Are your gummies organic today?
No. We've applied to Organic Trust for EU organic certification, and we expect certification in January 2027. Until the certificate is issued we can't call any gummy organic, in marketing or on a label.
Can I buy a sample before certification?
Yes. Samples and pilots before the certificate are made to our organic recipe, with certification expected January 2027. They are not sold or labelled as organic.
Which base comes first?
The vegan base goes first: agave, pectin, water, MCT oil and a carnauba wax coating. A honey base follows.
Do I need my own organic certification?
If you sell our gummy under your own name and label it organic, yes. You need your own organic certification, or an exemption from your control body. Ask yours early.
Can my own extract go in an organic gummy?
Only if the extract itself carries organic certification. Vitamins and minerals are effectively excluded from organic gummies.
Where are the gummies made?
In a commercial kitchen in Cork. First runs begin once our kitchen slot is confirmed, so we can't give a ship date yet.
