At Dr. Mush Me, we are so confident in our Mushroom products that we allow our customers to try them first to see if they are right for them. If you find it is not suitable, you have sixty days from the date of purchase to return the product.
Requirements:
- All items must be postmarked within sixty days of the date of purchase.
- Provide a reason for return.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email Customer Service at refunds@drmushme.ie to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item safely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then send your return to the following address.

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you use a tracking method to send your return.
REFUNDS
Upon receipt of the return, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) days from receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
